To ensure content appropriateness and public safety, the Pickadspace platform enforces strict restrictions on advertisements that fall into sensitive or harmful categories. Content promoting hate speech, terrorism, violence, or war crimes is strictly prohibited. Similarly, advertisements containing pornographic material, nudity, escort services, or other sexually explicit content are not allowed. Ads promoting drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, gambling, or betting services are also barred. While the platform supports democratic participation, political advertisements—such as those related to elections, parties, or candidates—are only permitted if they comply with the Election Commission of India’s guidelines and the platform moderation team. Religious content that promotes intolerance or social division is strictly disallowed. Furthermore, any advertisements that spread disinformation, promote self-harm, or encourage dangerous trends are explicitly blocked/not approved. These measures are put in place to uphold ethical advertising standards, protect public trust, and preserve the neutrality and credibility of the establishment.
We do not store images or videos of viewers. AI processes viewership data at the edge and only transmits aggregated counts.
Your personal and payment information is stored in encrypted form, both at rest and in transit, using industry-standard security protocols. This ensures that your data remains protected from unauthorized access at all times.

Yes, all users on Pickadspace are given the ability to act as both an Advertiser and an Ad Host. You can easily switch roles by clicking on your profile picture and selecting the appropriate role. The platform’s navigation and features will adjust based on the selected role. You can also set a default role to load automatically each time you log in.
Establishment Owners / Ad Hosts
To become an Ad Host, simply create an account on Pickadspace and add your establishment details. You can then submit a request for a signage unit. Our field agents will evaluate your location based on footfall, visibility, and overall suitability. If your location is approved, we will proceed with the installation of a digital signage unit at your premises.
No, the signage unit may be provided for free. However, its value will be withheld from your ad revenue share until recovered. If you have paid for it upfront, you will receive full ad earnings.
You earn revenue when public ads are played. Payments are made monthly, and your earnings depend on the number of public ads displayed and the dynamic pricing applicable at the time of each ad play.
If no viewers are counted for a public ad, no payment will be made for that instance. Ensure the camera is unobstructed and the device is placed correctly.
You may adjust the unit slightly (within a couple of feet), but moving it significantly is against our installation guidelines and may result in a violation of the service terms.
You can view earnings, viewership reports, and payment history through the Pickadspace web and mobile apps.
You are responsible for keeping the unit secure. In case of theft, a police complaint must be filed. If the unit is damaged due to negligence, the replacement cost may be recovered from your outstanding earnings or withheld amount.
Yes, you can block specific ads, categories, or advertisers via the mobile/web app.
You must return the signage unit by reaching out to support@pickadspace.com.
Yes, the minimum payout is 5000 INR. If earnings do not reach this amount, they will roll over to the next payment cycle..
